Dear colleagues,
Happy New Year to everyone!
As the new year begins, everything is renewed. Standing at this new starting point, we should not only look back on the path we have traveled, but also look ahead to the journey filled with opportunities and challenges. Today, I would like to share one message with all of you: Only through deep cultivation can we truly take root; only through breakthrough can we achieve renewal.
The theme of this year’s annual gala is: “Deepening Core Customer Relationships, Breaking Through Homogeneous Competition.” These ten words represent both the direction of our strategy and the call to action for all of us.

1. Facing Challenges and Recognizing the Situation
In recent years, market competition has become increasingly intense. Many companies have fallen into the trap of homogenization—similar business models, similar products, and even similar marketing approaches—leading to price wars and resource-draining competition. We must clearly recognize that this kind of internal, involution-style competition is unsustainable. It not only consumes our resources but also weakens our creativity and the value we deliver to customers.
2. Deepening Core Customer Relationships to Create Irreplaceable Value
The first step in breaking through homogeneous competition is to return to the essence—focusing on core customers. Not all customers require equal investment. We must concentrate on those who truly share our values and are willing to build long-term partnerships with us.
Deepening relationships with core customers means understanding their businesses, pain points, and future plans in depth, and providing solutions proactively. It also means striving for excellence in technology, manufacturing, and service, so that customers see us as an indispensable partner—their preferred collaborator and supplier.
When we focus our resources and efforts on core customers, every communication, every proposal, and every delivery creates greater value. Helping our customers succeed is our success; supporting their growth will naturally drive our own growth.

3. Achieving Differentiation and Building Unique Competitiveness
Deepening core customer relationships is only the first step. More importantly, we must identify differentiated breakthroughs in the midst of homogeneous competition. Differentiation can come from strong discipline, the courage to make strategic choices, technological advancement, service innovation, brand positioning, and even team culture. We must be willing to explore paths that others have not taken, try new approaches, and break away from habitual thinking.
For example, we can provide solution-oriented support during the product design stage, creating a unique experience for customers. We can leverage digital tools to enhance responsiveness and collaboration efficiency, making our services more agile. We can also build a distinctive brand image by integrating our corporate culture—combining Japanese-style rigor and professionalism with Chinese diligence and flexibility—so that customers clearly understand who we are and why we are the right choice.
4. Moving Forward with Confidence and Unity
Breaking through homogeneous competition cannot be achieved overnight; it requires the joint effort of every one of us. Every colleague here is a participant in this breakthrough journey. Whether in frontline sales, product and technical roles, or in operations, quality control, finance, and HR support functions, your work creates value for customers and strengthens the company’s competitive moat.
In the coming year, I encourage everyone to work with four guiding questions in mind:
- Who are our core customers?
- What are their core needs?
- What are our core products?
- What is our core sales model?
Stay focused on core customers without being distracted by external noise. Pursue innovation and differentiation. Work together in unity to build an unstoppable team.

Colleagues, the market will always change, but our commitment to customers and our pursuit of excellence will remain constant. Deepening core customer relationships is the foundation of our presence in the market, and breaking through homogeneous competition is the path toward our future.
In the new year, let us move forward with confidence, practical action, and collective strength—serving our core customers better, building stronger differentiated advantages, and unleashing the full fighting power of our team. With everyone’s efforts, I firmly believe we will stand out in this competitive landscape and embrace an even brighter tomorrow.
