Absolutely! When I joined KANOU two years ago, one of my first missions was to reconnect with customers who had stopped ordering from us—some for several years.
At first, I was able to secure a few orders quite quickly. But with others, it became a long journey of consistent follow-ups, countless conversations, and building trust again.
What I have learned is this:
